The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official taste-testing of sourdough bread. Sensory testing is open to individuals over the age of 18 who do not have a gluten or wheat allergy. Snacks and drinks will be provided for participation, and drop-ins are welcome! Participation is expected to last approximately 5-10 minutes.
Learn to prepare a menu of prebiotic and probiotic-rich foods that support a healthy gut in this 2-hour, hands-on cooking class led by a Chef and Registered Dietitian. REGISTER.
