What’s cookin’ at Terra?

The Ardent Mills Teaching and Culinary Center has a variety of uses – from cooking up new food products developed in Terra, to community cooking and nutrition classes, to commercial kitchen space for local food entrepreneurs. The windows in the kitchen allow visitors to watch what’s happening up close, see culinary careers in action, and be inspired.

The Center is also a service to the community by providing after-hours commissary kitchen space for small mission-aligned local businesses that need additional access to commercial kitchen space and assistance in growing their business.

Have an idea for a new business and want to test the feasibility before going all-in? Check out the Venture Validator program from the College of Business at CSU. This FREE program located in Fort Collins is open to ALL and is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and academic researchers test new business ideas (new ventures, early-stage startups, etc.) over five weekly sessions.
