The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official taste-testing of sourdough bread. Sensory testing is open to individuals over the age of 18 who do not have a gluten or wheat allergy. Snacks and drinks will be provided for participation, and drop-ins are welcome! Participation is expected to last approximately 5-10 minutes.

This class, put on by CSU Extension, teaches participants the basics of planning a vegetable garden and starting seeds. Participants will get to put together their own seed-starting setup. The program will be given twice: once in English (from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) and once in Spanish (from 1-2:30 p.m.). Register for free.
