The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official taste-testing of microwaveable rice. Sensory testing is open to individuals of a Hispanic background between the ages of 22-45, that meet various other screening criteria. Interested participants can drop in and will be screened immediately prior to participation, or participants can contact the CSU Spur Sensory Lab in order to qualify in advance (csuspursensory@colostate.edu). Participants will receive $20 for their time! Participation is expected to last approximately 45 minutes.
