The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official taste-testing of processed meat convenience foods (hamburgers, meatballs, corn dogs, hot dogs). Sensory testing is open to children aged 5-12 that do not have a wheat, soy, dairy, or egg allergy. In order to participate, one child must be accompanied by one parent. The sensory activity involves the child tasting samples, and the parent answering questions about their purchase intent. Participants will receive $20 for their time! Participation is expected to last approximately 20-30 minutes.
