Assistant Manager of Facilities
Candace Lothian serves as the CSU Spur Assistant Manager of Facilities. Candace is a Certified Facility Manager with IFMA and a LEED Accredited Professional with the USGBC. Candace’s extensive background incorporates a variety of functions to manage operations, including project planning and design, security and safety, sustainable practice, and cost control.
Prior to joining CSU, Candace was a Senior Facilities Manager with CBRE Real Estate servicing the Global Workplace Solutions area of business.
In addition to her CFM and LEED AP credentials, Candace maintains her FMA and RPA certifications with BOMI, the educational arm of BOMA.
Candace holds a BA in Facility Management from Depaul University in Chicago and a master’s in urban and Regional Planning and Historic Preservation from the University of Colorado Denver.
Candace enjoys the multi-faceted world of Facility Management and strives to ensure a clean, safe, comfortable environment for both colleagues and visitors to the CSU Spur Campus.
Aside from Facilities, Candace enjoys music, trying new recipes, and streaming international and domestic soccer matches.
