Sensory Taste Testing: Strawberries

The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official sensory research on strawberries from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. or until supplies run out. This research is approved through CSU (IRB #5234). Sensory testing is open to adults over the age of 21 only who do not have any allergies to strawberries. Snacks and drinks will be provided for participation, and drop-ins are welcome! Participation is expected to last approximately 10-20 minutes.
