Live Product Development: BBQ Sauce Match

Come join the fun as we have a food scientist give us a little taste of the process as we “match” a national brand sauce in real time. Volunteers will be chosen throughout the process to aid in tasting, analytical testing (pH, viscosity, soluble solids), and flavor direction. Come watch and take part as we reverse-engineer your favorite sauces and talk about the nuance of culinary science!

Activity 10 a.m.-3 p.m.; demonstrations at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
