Holiday Truffle Workshop (paid registration)

Join the Food Innovation Center at CSU Spur for a guided truffle-making and decorating event. Learn how chocolate is made and about the different kinds of chocolate ganache used to make chocolate truffles. Participants will be shown how to make two different types of chocolate truffles, each using a different type of chocolate ganache.
Each participant will make their own chocolate truffles to take home, eat, or share, and decorate them as desired. Holiday-themed decorations will be available. Please note that truffles will contain dairy, and this workshop is not suitable for individuals with a dairy sensitivity.
The workshop will be in the Ardent Mills Teaching Kitchen on the first floor of Terra.
Cost: $30 per person (ages 12+ only, please).
