Through a series of four, hands-on lab sessions at CSU’s newest, state-of-the-art plant health and research laboratories in Denver, participants will significantly advance their ability to skillfully identifying Colorado pests and diseases that affect crops and gardens statewide.

  • Sessions will be taught in a laboratory setting, where we will study the symptoms and biology of plant problems essential to developing more advanced field diagnostic skills.
  • Each session will introduce new, fresh plant samples received by the Plant Health Clinic from nurseries, farmers, landscapers, arborists, and gardeners from around Colorado for diagnosis.
